We’re all Floating on a Cloud

When I was a kid, a cloud was something I watched lazily float across the sky while I lay on my back on  the grass.  Back then, that was the common take on clouds.  While those clouds are a scientific phenomenon, the other kind of cloud of today is a technological wonder as this article in the New York Times describes.

Bet you didn’t know all the ways the cloud impacts our daily lives.  For example, if you’re among the millions of people who use Netflix or if you have a smartphone, you’re using the cloud.   The cloud is pervasive but it’s not as abstract and complicated an idea as you may think.
